Savant Company Inc. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Seminars.
If you register for a Savant
Seminar but cannot attend, you may ask for a
refund no later than five working days before the Seminar date.
Please note the
following guidelines:
1. University- and
college-sponsored Seminars
that Savant offers are subject to the policies of the specific institution,
without exception.
Please see the refund policy of that university or college.
2. Savant-sponsored Seminars
can be canceled with a full refund five working
days prior to
the seminar date. To request a full refund, send us
an email at Sales@savantcompany.com
or a fax to (949) 476-3245. In order not to delay processing, be sure
to include your name, the name of the Seminar, and your phone number.
2.1. There will be a 35% processing fee
for cancellations received within five working days prior to the Seminar
starting date.
