Exhibitors' Guidelines
Welcome to all
participating
exhibitors! All companies are invited to exhibit at this
event!
The exhibition offers
an ideal forum to display your company's products and services, to meet
face-to-face with conference attendees and exhibition visitors, and to
network with others.
Exhibiting companies
will receive ONE complimentary conference admission pass ($275 value) for
Monday only that includes: Admission to all the Monday technical sessions,
keynote and panel discussions, Monday conference handouts, and lunch.
You may rent one or more tables to exhibit your company's
products and services. Please contact Savant Company Inc. (949-851-1714 or
SoC@savantcompany.com) to receive
your application to sign up and rent your exhibition table(s).
Please note:
1.
The number of tables available is limited.
2. The exhibition area
will be open to everyone free of charge with exhibition registration.
3. Exhibition
time:
Monday, April 19, from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
4. Tables must be
manned by your company's representatives during exhibition hours. (Company
representatives do not need to be conference participants. Company
representatives who are not registered conference participants are allowed
only to the exhibition area, not to the conference.)
5. Each table measures
6 feet by 30 inches.
6. Your exhibition must
be limited to the table or tables provided. Pre-made exhibition
booths, hanging banners, and loud speaker systems are not allowed.
7. You may provide your
own table covers with your company name.
8. Exhibitors will have access to the exhibition area from
3:00 pm on Monday, April 19, to set up tables. Tables must be completely set
up and ready for the exhibition by 5:30 pm. Exhibitors are required to stay
until 8:00 pm, when the exhibition ends, and to start packing only after
8:00 pm.
9. Exhibitors are
responsible for all shipping and delivery charges, packaging, and packing of
their products and equipment. Neither Savant Company Inc. nor the Radisson
Hotel Newport Beach accepts any responsibility for damages that may occur to
your products and equipment.
