Due to the advances in
semiconductor technologies (65nm, 45nm, and beyond), EDA Tools, and design
methodologies, a major revolution is taking place in the design of the
Integrated Circuits (ICs), with unprecedented levels of integration and
possibilities. As we move toward smaller geometries, designers will face
even more new challenges in every aspect of their IC design, IP
development and usage, testing, verification, packaging, manufacturing,
system level testing and verifications, and many other complex issues.
These challenges cannot be addressed by one individual, one organization, or
one segment of the industry alone. More than ever, sharing the SoC-related
knowledge-base in every aspect of chip design and development is becoming
an essential requirement for the electronic industry.
To meet these challenges,
Savant Company Inc. in partnership with CRC Press/Taylor & Francis Group is interested in
collaborating with academic researchers, engineering communities,
technologists, chip design community experts, and scientists to share their
knowledge, research work, product applications, and expertise via writing
books as part of the System-on-Chip (SoC) Design and Technologies Book
Series.
We are interested in working
