Exhibitors' Guidelines
Welcome to all
participating
exhibitors! All companies are invited to exhibit at this
event!
The Exhibit offers an
ideal forum to display your company's products, technologies, and services, to meet
face-to-face with Conference attendees and Exhibit visitors, and to network
with others.
Exhibiting companies
will receive promotional opportunities as well as FOUR complimentary FULL Conference admission passes (a $1600 value), which includes admission to all the technical
sessions, the keynote speeches and panel discussions, the Wednesday Tabletop Exhibit, and lunches & continental breakfasts.
Companies will also receive the Conference Proceedings and all handouts.
To rent one or more tables to exhibit your company's products and services,
please contact Savant Company Inc. (949-851-1714 or
SoC@SavantCompany.com).
You will then receive your application and contract to rent Exhibit tables.
Please note:
1.
The number of tables available is limited.
2. The Exhibit area
will be open to everyone free of charge with advanced Exhibit registration.
3. Exhibit day & time:
Wednesday, November 5,
from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
4. Throughout the
Exhibition hours, complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be served, and a cash
bar will be open.
5. Tables must be
manned by your company's representatives during Exhibit hours. (Company
representatives do not need to be Conference participants. Company
representatives who are not registered Conference participants are allowed
only into the Exhibit area, not into the Conference.)
6. Each table measures
6 feet by 30 inches.
7. Your exhibit must be
limited to the table(s) provided. Pre-made exhibit booths, hanging
banners, and loudspeaker systems are not allowed.
8. You may provide your
own table covers with your company name.
9. Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibit area at 2:30
pm on Wednesday, November 5, to set up tables. Tables must be completely set
up and ready for the Exhibition by 4:00 pm. Exhibitors are required to stay
until 9:00 pm, when the Exhibit ends, and to start packing only after 9:00
pm.
10. Exhibitors are
responsible for all shipping and delivery charges and for packaging and packing their products and equipment. Neither Savant Company Inc. nor the Radisson
Hotel Newport Beach accepts any responsibility for damages that may occur to
your products and equipment.
