Savant Announces Innovative Workshop by Tensilica at The 5th International System-on-Chip (SoC) Conference

In this unique workshop, Tensilica will give the participants an opportunity for a hands-on demonstration of building a processor that is optimized for low-area, low-power, and high-performance. Tensilica will show how such a processor can be built by configuring and extending an Xtensa configurable processor as well as how to profile an application to find performance hot spots and then how to optimize a Xtensa configurable processor to accelerate the application and much, much more.
