To complement her technical background, Dr. Motakef has10 years of experience in new business development, strategic marketing, and development of new applications in the semiconductor, automotive, and telecommunication industries.

Dr. Motakef's career  highlights are too numerous to mention.  She has held positions at Donnelly Corporation, Air Products and Chemicals, Cymer, FEI, and QDI.  At Donnelly, she developed electronic markets for electrochromic technologies.  At Air Products and Chemicals, she commercialized novel microelectronic chemicals.  At Cymer, she commercialized the company's first Advanced Process Control software package.  At FEI, she  authored a business plan that successfully penetrated a new metrology market. At QDI, she set up worldwide distribution sales channels.  Finally, Sherie is a co-inventor of a novel strategy planning process (patent pending) used at Arscentia LLC, where she serves as a member of the management team.
